The user may make any changes to his order, change his delivery or billing address or cancel the order, provided that the order has not entered the production process.
In the case that the user has bought a reduced product and/or in promotion, no refunds will be allowed unless there is a factory defect of the product.
To do this, the user must call the customer service number 930 186 611 or send an email to email@example.com, enclosing the order reference number so that they can inform you of the status of your order, and with it the possibility of modifications.
The user will also have fourteen (14) days to withdraw their purchase and return the product from the moment they receive the order. To do this, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the return of your order.
To make any change or return of any product, the user must return the product in perfect condition and without having started its use. The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer and he must manage this process.
Once returned the material and checked its correct condition will proceed to the refund of the amount of the product paid in addition to the return of the initial shipping costs in its most basic mode (standard shipping). If the return is motivated by an error of Anna Cortina will assume the shipping costs of the return of the product, otherwise the user will have to pay the shipping costs of the return.
Anna Cortina will refund the amount of the return within 14 days of the actual receipt of the product subject to the return and using the same method of purchase used by the buyer.
