Shipping policy

The order will be delivered to the customer once the payment of the goods has been made. When the order leaves the factory we will notify you, and thereafter you will receive it within 24 or 72 hours approximately for domestic shipments and within up to 7 working days for international shipments (outside the EU).

In case you are not located at the delivery address indicated, the transport agency will leave you a notification with a telephone number to agree a new delivery within a maximum of 10 days.

At Anna Cortina we keep track of each of the orders, if any incident arises in your shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

If having agreed with the customer a date of delivery of the goods with the transport agency, and it was not possible to make delivery of the same because it was not at home, additional amounts could be charged for second carriage.
