These general conditions are formulated in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Codes, Law 7/1996, of January 15, of Retail Trade Regulation, Law 7/1998, April 13, General Conditions of Contracting and Law 7 / 1995, of March 23, of Consumer Credit.

6. RETURN POLICY
The user can make any change to his order, change his delivery or billing address or cancel the order, as long as the order has not entered production process.
In the event that the customer has purchased a product at a reduced price and/or through a promotion, no returns will be accepted unless the item contains a manufacturing defect.
