2. How do I make an order?
Anna Cortina has 3 different ways of payment, when you have placed the order, the system will indicate what form of payment you can make, then you should only follow the instructions that the system itself will indicate.
3. How do I know if my order payment has been received?
Anna Cortina will send you n email that will keep you informed at all times of the status of your order. 6. What should I check when I receive my order?

• That all articles carry their corresponding packaging.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, instate it on the delivery note of the carrier and proceed to return the item. 7. Will you contact me before you deliver the order?
As soon as the order is on transit we will notify you, and thereafter will be 24 or 48 hours approximately until the receipt of the order. In case they do not locate you at home, they will leave a notification with a telephone number to agree on a new delivery within a maximum period of 10 days.
At Anna Cortina we track each order, so if there were any incidents in your shipment, we would let you know as soon as possible. 8. What happens if I receive my order damaged?

14. When will I receive my order?
Delivery times will be within a maximum of 7 weekdays days in the Peninsula.
Orders will be delivered within the agreed time frames when the order has been paid. Delivery times will be made on weekdays, ie from Monday to Friday, not on holidays.
15. How can I change or return a package?
The user can modify his order, change his delivery or billing address or cancel the order, as long as the order has not entered the production process.
